WeBuyGold USA is a service of SYG USA (Sell Your Gold USA). The operator is Sell Your Gold USA, Inc., 3562 N Ocean Blvd, Suite B, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. Contact: info@sygusa.com. By using the service you accept these terms.

What the service is

Free online tools for gold buyers, pawn shops and jewelers: a buy board, store TV display, customer estimator and quotes, a chatbot, inventory and lots, and requests to send lots to SYG.

Free

The tools are free. SYG earns when a dealer chooses to sell it metal. You are never required to.

Prices and estimates

• Prices come from a price feed. When the market is closed, we show the last price and say so. They are estimates.
• Each dealer sets its own payouts and makes its own final offers. WeBuyGold USA does not set or promise any dealer's offer.
• Nothing here is investment advice. Melt value is not a prediction or a return.

Your account

• Give true information. Keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for your staff.
• You must have the authority to act for the business you register.

Dealers' legal duties

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business. This includes secondhand dealer and pawn laws, ID checks and record keeping, and getting consent before you text or call customers. The tools do not make you compliant.

Customer information

You may use customer information from the tools only to deal with that customer's request. Follow our Privacy Policy and the law.

Chatbot and your OpenRouter key

The chatbot runs on your own OpenRouter account. You pay OpenRouter for its use. You are responsible for your key and your usage. AI answers can be wrong. Prices and math in chat come from our calculator, but you should review chats.

Requests to send lots to SYG

A lot request is not binding. SYG confirms the final price after it receives, tests and weighs the metal. You pay for shipping. Insure the package with your carrier. SYG may decline a request.

Suspension

SYG may suspend or close an account that is not a real business or that misuses the tools. We may review registrations.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, scrape it, or use it to mislead customers.

Your content

You keep your content (such as your logo). You give us permission to store and show it so the service works.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work or be error free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for business decisions you make from estimates, prices or chat answers.

Governing law

Florida law applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above. If you keep using the service, you accept the update.
