Is WeBuyGold USA really free?
Yes. The tools are free to use. SYG USA earns when you choose to sell it metal. You never have to.
Do I have to wait for approval?
No. You sign up and your storefront is live. SYG may review registrations later and can suspend accounts that are not real businesses or that misuse the tools.
Who is it for?
Gold buyers, pawn shops, jewelers and individual buyers.
Where do the prices come from?
Prices come from a price feed. When the market is closed, we show the last price and say so. The buy board, TV and estimator show the source and time.
Do you tell me what to pay customers?
No. You set your own payouts and make your own final offers. An estimate is not an offer.
What does the chatbot cost?
WeBuyGold USA does not charge for it. You use your own OpenRouter key, so OpenRouter bills you for the AI you use. You pick Good, Better or Best.
Who can see my customers' details?
Only your team. Other dealers cannot see them. SYG staff do not see your customers' contact details or chats.
What happens when metals markets are closed?
The board shows “Market closed” and the time of the last price.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Each storefront has its own payouts, TV screens, estimator link and staff.
What is Ship to SYG?
A lot request. You tell SYG what you have. SYG confirms the final price after it receives, tests and weighs the metal. You pay for shipping. Insure the package with your carrier. A request is not binding.

No. Melt value is a calculation. It is not advice and not a return.
